Pour yourself

There’s a lot that we can learn from the similitude of the life of the lord Jesus Christ. He is the pattern Son. He is the visible image of the invisible God. He is the express image of the Personage of God and the very brightness of God’s glory. We all have to grow up unto Him in all things.

Paul says in Colossians that by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him. And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the pre-eminence.

Thus the pattern of Jesus is the culture of God revealed in the earth realm. For our path is like that of the shining light which shines brighter and brighter until the Perfect Day. Christ Jesus is that very Perfect Day. Thus in all our delusions of grandeur and megalomania of all the exploits we intend doing in the Name of God’s Holy Child, we have to measure up to the standard height of Christ’s own perfection.

Mediocrity will receive zero tolerance in this Age of the Kingdom. Jesus exemplified pouring oneself out as an offering in fulfilling our God-given assignments here on earth. In Luke 6v38 Jesus said “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”

This ethereal principle shows that if you give with your talents unto mankind, mankind shall in kind give that talent back unto you, in a good measure, pressed down…..and running over. Be like Jesus, POUR YOURSELF OUT UNTO YOUR GENERATION AND YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF. You will tap into your vocation and leave an indelible mark in your lifetime.
