Project name: Coordinating and Supporting Youth Crime Prevention Desks in Gauteng to implement activities and host the Youth Leadership Dialogues to showcase their work.

My primary objective was to mentor, coordinate and support the YCPD (Youth Crime Prevention Desk) to implement violence and crime prevention activities and host dialogues in each of the 5 regions of Gauteng Province. The aim was to orientate the youth crime prevention desk members on how best to organize a dialogue event and bring various stakeholders from the community, especially key stakeholders to discuss advanced methods through which the youth can play a role in building safer communities.
